Under the "Rajiv Gruha Kalpa- affordable housing programme for the urban poor" initiated by the Department of Housing in the State of Andhra Pradesh, an initial stock of affordable homes in Guntur District will be made available, with an enrollment process that incorporates iris recognition of applicant couples to prevent duplicate applications.
