) agreed to reduce to 25 per cent the funds received by UNCC from the sale of Iraqi oil. Presently, it receives 30 per cent of the revenue from the export of Iraqi petroleum. The new arrangement would allow the 5-per cent difference to be used for humanitarian programmes.
