As if we needed more proof that President Bush's plan to make Iraq into the U.S. of the Middle East is failing, the U.S. Army's 3rd Infantry Division discovered that Iraq's Interior Ministry has been operating a torture facility. The Interior Ministry controls the police and paramilitary units.
