Ion Implant Services Names Dr. Peter H. Rose to Board of Directors.


AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1997--Ion Implant Services, the nation's oldest and largest provider of outsourced ion implant services for semiconductor manufacturers, has named Peter H. Rose to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Rose is a successful entrepreneur, a leading expert in atomic and ion accelerator physics Accelerator physics deals with the problems of building and operating particle accelerators.
