Invisible invitations: ghostly greetings.

You Need:

* 8 1/2-by-11 inch pieces of white construction paper * Black crayon or nontoxic, felt-tip marker * Scissors * White Crayon

Directions:

1. Fold a piece of white construction paper in half. Draw a fat ghost figure on the front. (See photo) Make sure the top of the ghost's head is at the fold. Then cut out the ghost. Don't cut on the fold, though. 2. On the outside of the ghost, draw two eyes with a black crayon or marker. Print the words, "Boo! You're invited to a party!" The inside of the invitation should include your name, address, phone number, and the party date and time. 3. Write these words on the underside of the top ghost: "Bring this invitation with you to the party. There's an invisible message written on the back. Win a prize if you have the right message." 4. Using a white crayon, write the words "You win" on one invitation and "Sorry" on the others. At the party, provide a paintbrush and watercolors for guests to uncode their message.
