The analyst stated, "This, together with acquisitions will continue enabling a very fast top line growth. The share price is near its 12 month low. There is an improvement in the bottom line from losses to initial profits in the first 9 months, although profitability is still fragile due to quarterly fluctuations.

Meytes said a new target valuation will be established in a ResearchNote after the final year end results are published.

Other report conclusions:

IP telephony will keep growing and gain market share. The technological benefits in cost/feature advantages of IP telephony over traditional legacy circuit switched telephony are simply overwhelming.

Cisco is the dominant market leader, with 85% market share.

I-Sector has aligned itself completely with Cisco. The company is a "Gold" level Cisco partner and was Regional Partner of the Year for 2003.

Sales are skyrocketing: This enabled the company to achieve a fast top-line growth of 47% yoy for the first 9 months of 2004. 2004 is likely to be the first profitable year.

I-Sector will expand rapidly also by acquisitions of smaller regional players outside of Texas - possibly as many as 3 - 4 acquisitions during 2005.

I-Sector is expected to issue an additional 1.37 million shares on a fully diluted basis in exchange for a minority shareholding of shares and stock options in its largest subsidiary INX INX Information Exchange
