Investors gather and look to the future.

The Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA[R]), the international trade organization representing the commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) industry, announced the kick-off of its CMBS Investors Conference being held at Loews Miami Beach Hotel in South Beach, Florida. The three day meeting brings together leading investors in the CMBS markets and other prominent industry participants.

The Conference, titled "Look To The Future," is Co-Chaired by Tobin Cobb, Managing Director, Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc.; Kenneth R. Doiron, Vice President CMBS, Hartford Investment Management Company; and Tad Philipp, Managing Director, Moody's Investors Service.

Richard Jones, Partner, Dechert LLP and CMSA[R] President stated, "The CMBS Investors Conference is an event that commercial real estate industry participants look forward to every year. Not only are there several highly-informative sessions and presentations, but there are many networking opportunities available over the three days of the Conference."

The keynote speaker at the Conference will be futurist, Watts Wacker, a lecturer, best-selling author, political commentator and social critic. He will share his vision on the future and advice on how to navigate unforeseen changes. Additionally, real estate research scholar, Dr. Raymond Torto, will be a featured speaker covering his views of the economy and real estate markets.
