Investor insights to city's 'rebirth'.


Joseph M. Zuber, Chief Investment Officer, The City Investment Fund, a joint venture of Fisher Brothers and Morgan Stanley, will speak at the season's first B'nai B'rith Real Estate Unit luncheon on Wednesday, October 13, 12:00 noon at the Cornell Club, 6 East 44th Street. His topic will be "Investing in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

The City Investment Fund (CIF (1) (Common Intermediate Format) A standard video format used in videoconferencing. CIF formats are defined by their resolution, and standards both above and below the original resolution have been established. The original CIF is also known as Full CIF (FCIF). ) is an investment vehicle designed to pursue opportunistic real estate investment activities exclusively within the five boroughs. The Fund is co-sponsored by Fisher Brothers and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. Its capital commitments total $770 million including approximately $100 million in sponsor's capital.

Prior to joining CIF, Joseph Zuber was an executive director and a senior acquisitions officer of The Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.

He was responsible for sourcing and executing U.S. investment opportunities and led MSREF's investing activities in New York City.
