MKDA MKDA Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance (game)  has helped XE Capital, an asset management and capital markets firm, stand apart from traditional investment firms with an edgy 5,000 s/f build out on the second-floor at 24 West 40th Street. MKDA designed 5,000 s/f for XE on the third floor of the same building just one year prior.

MKDA also created a rock garden on the second floor and an interior staircase, which replaced some of MKDA's original, award-winning designs.
