Investment Intelligence Announces Release of Wingz and Wingz Professional.

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--Dec. 17, 1998-- Investment Intelligence Systems Group (IISG) today announced the release of Wingz(R) and Wingz Professional, version 3.0 for the LINUX platform as freeware.

The upgrade includes Wingz, the graphical spreadsheet, Wingz Professional (formerly HyperScript Tools), the multi-platform analytical development environment, and the HyperSheet(R) Runtime deployment module.

The decision to release the products on LINUX without licensing fees is a solid indication of IISG's support for the worldwide development community and commitment to customer choice in operating systems. This latest version of Wingz includes numerous new features and functional enhancements without sacrificing any product performance and or application efficiency.

Wingz 3.0 is designed to address needs of sophisticated knowledge workers in technical industries such as Engineering, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Finance by tackling the exacting analytical requirements associated with these markets. With support for multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, Wingz also ensures compatibility within environments which require a diverse array of machinery and instrumentation.

The Wingz product suite is comprised of three primary components, Wingz Professional, Wingz and the HyperSheet Runtime. Wingz Professional is a multi- platform, visual programming environment which allows developers to create customized graphical applications for data analysis and presentation. This flagship product is comprised of a suite of graphical development tools including screen and menu painters integrated with the powerful, English-like HyperScript(R) programming language.
