Inverness on Fifth Ave.


Inverness Management, LLC, a private equity firm, has takes possesion of a full floor (4,600 s/f) in 489 Fifth Avenue.

Mike Antkies, Executive Vice President; Brett Zelner, Senior Managing Director; and Thomas Duke, Director of The Lansco Corporation represented Inverness Management in this transaction. Scott Klau of Newark represented the landlord.

"This relocation from Rockefeller Center affords Inverness the prestige of an entire tower florr in a newly renovated A building," said Zelner. "And that allows them to position their company strategically in this challenging economy."
