Invensys IMServ Signs Contract for Data Services for TruePricing's CalMeter Program.

Invensys IMServ North America LLC (IMServ) announces that it has signed a five-year contract with TrueEnergy, a wholly owned affiliate of TruePricing, Inc. The contract positions Invensys IMServ to provide Meter Data Management and Data Collection Services to participants of the CalMeter(TM) program, which is managed by TrueEnergy. The five-year CalMeter(TM) program will involve as many as 10,000 meters.

CalMeter(TM) is an advanced metering program for California businesses with financing arranged through the California Power Authority. Targeting businesses with peak electricity demand between 20 -- 200kW, CalMeter(TM) provides program participants with the following: (i) access to lower utility rate schedules; and (ii) web-enabled secured access to daily interval energy data through information tools provided over the internet which allows business to better manage and control electricity costs. California businesses suffer from some of the highest electricity rates in the country and access to competitive suppliers is limited. Accordingly, most businesses in California can only reduce their energy costs by accessing lower utility rates and better managing consumption. CalMeter(TM) empowers businesses to do both.

The MDMA services provided by IMServ to TruePricing for the CalMeter(TM) program include:

-- Coordination with certified Meter Service Providers (MSPs) for meter set-up;

-- Automated metering reading on a daily basis;

-- Validating, Estimating and Editing (VEE) of 15-minute interval data; and

-- Posting quality interval data to the CalMeter(TM) Internet service.
