) has been named to Better Investing's list of "Top 100 Companies," the publication's annual survey of the National Association of Investors Corporation National Association of Investors Corporation

Invacare ranked number 68 out of 100 companies ranked. This is the sixth time Invacare has been named to the list. Other notable companies which made the list include General Electric, Intel Corporation (company) Intel Corporation - A US microelectronics manufacturer. They produced the Intel 4004, Intel 8080, Intel 8086, Intel 80186, Intel 80286, Intel 80386, Intel 486 and Pentium microprocessor families as well as many other integrated circuits and personal computer networking , Microsoft Corporation, Merck & Company, and Johnson & Johnson, among others.

Better Investing is the official publication of the NAIC, which is a non-profit organization comprised of investment clubs and individual investors. It was founded in 1951 to increase the number of individual investors in common stock and to provide a program of investment education and information for both inexperienced and experienced investors.

Surveys were mailed to NAIC investment clubs, and the results included in the survey are based on the club's portfolios, with figures in the listing prorated to represent all NAIC investment clubs. At number 68 on the list, Invacare had a total of 1,298 NAIC member clubs holding its stock, which represents more than 450,000 shares and a value in excess of $16 million.
