Intuit receives request for additional information on Microsoft transaction.


MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 1994--Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU INTU - Intuit, Inc. (stock abbreviation, AMEX)) announced that it has received a request for additional information from the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the pending merger of Intuit with Microsoft Corp.

Intuit anticipated this request and is cooperating with the Justice Department in providing the additional information that has been requested.
