Terry Divelbliss joined Janus Technologies as the Product Manager for the Argis suite in May 1999, and came to Intraware in July 2000 when Intraware acquired Janus. Terry has ten years of experience in enterprise software marketing and product management roles, including six years at Legent Corporation. He has a management and marketing degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently completing his M.B.A. studies at the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business.

Chip Galusha came to Intraware through Janus Technologies. Before joining Janus, spent seven years with BB&T, an S&P 500 financial services company. At BB&T he held various positions within the IT organization, where his responsibilities ranged from the procurement of IT equipment to invoice payment and contract administration and negotiation. Based on this experience Chip led the effort to develop and implement the company's IT asset management program as the IT Asset Life Cycle Manager. As a Systems Engineer at Intraware, he helps customers determine how the Argis suite of products can meet their asset management needs. Chip holds a B.S. in computer science and Broadcasting from Westminster College and an M.B.A. from East Carolina University.
