IntraOp Medical Announces Record Sales, Expansion into New Markets and Development of Sales Organization.

In 2006, IntraOp sold five and accepted orders for eight Mobetron self-shielding linear accelerators for administering electron-beam radiation therapy during cancer surgery. The company accepted orders from U.S. cancer centers as well as Belgium, Poland, China, Italy, Japan and the Netherlands. To date, the Mobetron is being used in seven countries and has helped invigorate in·vig·or·ate
