IntraLearn to deliver LRN-compliant Microsoft content

to training providers for their corporate customers

IntraLearn Software Corporation, the leading supplier of configurable eLearning applications for the mid-size enterprise, today announced that Microsoft Corp. has selected IntraLearn as a Learning Service Provider (LSP) eLearning Partner.

Microsoft eLearning training courses will now be available online for Microsoft eLearning Partners, including Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers (CTECs), to offer their clients. This relationship marks the first time Microsoft will be making its courses available online to certify IT professionals.

Microsoft and selected partners aim to deliver Microsoft eLearning content over the Internet. This content can be used to prepare an individual for professional certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), or Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS). IntraLearn will deliver these courses in the Learning Resource iNterchange (LRN) format, the first commercial implementation of the Instructional Management Systems (IMS) specification for courseware interoperability.
