), Tuesday announced the appointment of Stephen A. Ezell as chief financial officer.

"Following the naming of a national sales director last month, the appointment of a chief financial officer completes Interpretel's initial objectives for forming a highly qualified management staff," said Terry E. Belsham, president.

"Interpretel is making the transition to producing operational revenues, and it is most critical at this time to have on board an experienced financial officer," Belsham said.

The hiring of Ezell enables other key managers to focus on Interpretel's operations and marketing, Belsham said. "This is vital as we recently have increased operational capability, added attractive new features to our communications menu, and have begun providing interactive services to the organizations and corporations with which we have signed agreements," he added.

Interpretel is an emerging leader in the field of interactive global communications. The company offers a range of communications features and databases accessed by telephone from anywhere in the world. The Interpretel system enables large organizations and corporations to build close-knit interactive relationships with members, customers and employees. Interpretel specializes in creating customized communications services for large organizations, usually making all Interpretel services available through the use of a group's membership cards.
