The staff at Hot Tomato's will prepare Mr. Pepin's recipes and during the evening he will discuss his cuisine and sign books for guests. "When I was asked to be a part of this event I couldn't say no," said Pepin, a longtime Connecticut resident. "It's a great event that combines doing something I love and helping a local resident fulfill the dream of owning a home. It's wonderful to see the local business community pull together to raise a roof in New Haven."
