International firms sign at The Crown Building.


Two intentional firms have signed new leases at the Crown Building, located at 730 Fifth Avenue in midtown mid·town

Bruno Magli Bruno Magli is an Italian shoemaker, designing and handcrafting high quality luxury shoes and accessories. History
After learning the art from their grandfather, Bruno, Marino and Maria Magli started crafting women's shoes in a small basement in Bologna, Italy in 1936.
, a well known manufacturer of Italian men's and women's shoes, has signed a long-term, $2.5 million lease for 5,150 square feet of Penthouse space at the building, which is located at 57th Street and Fifth Avenue. In addition the internationally known designer Laura Biagiotti has signed a 15-year, $13 million lease for 6,800 square feet of retail and showroom space.

"These leases add to the international flavor of the building," said Josh N. Kuriloff of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., the leasing agents for the building.

The 10-year lease allows Bruno Magli to open its first New York New York, state, United States
