RPA has been retained to carry out the work required in order to augment the DJP Report to the standard of a preliminary feasibility study. It is anticipated that this work will include review of the mineral resource estimate, mine design and production schedule, geotechnical studies, metallurgical analysis, tailings disposal studies and other environmental and permitting parameters. In addition, RPA will prepare a more comprehensive cost analysis. The economic analysis contained in the DJP Report remains valid, but the Company notes that some of the mineral resources are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be classified as mineral reserves. As a result, there is no certainty that the economic evaluation contained in the DJP Report will be realized and the economic viability of the project has yet to be established. The Company has commissioned a revision of the DJP Report to render it compliant with NI 43-101, and the revised report will be filed on SEDAR and will supersede To obliterate, replace, make void, or useless.
