Mr. Martin has worked in the mining industry since the early 1990's and most recently as Technical Support Consultant / Project Engineer for the Surpac Minex Group (Asia). Mr. Martin has extensive experience in resource / reserve modelling, pit design, and mine planning and has addressed these issues for several mines in B.C., Ontario, the U.S. and throughout Asia. His experience will be invaluable to WGMs current mine planning activities for both Bonanza Ledge and Cow Mountain. WGM intends to begin production at Bonanza Ledge in 2006. This is subject to completion of a preliminary resource estimate that is compliant with National Instrument 43-101, finalization of the mine plan, and completion of environmental baseline studies and an environmental management plan, all of which are subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Martin's responsibilities include overseeing finalization of a preliminary resource estimate that is compliant with National Instrument 43-101 requirements for the Bonanza Ledge property. The work is being undertaken by Chlumsky, Armbrust & Meyer, L.L.C. of Lakewood, Colorado The City of Lakewood is a home rule municipality located in Jefferson County, Colorado, United States. The report will be based on data from 190 diamond drill holes, surface trenching, and computer modelling, as well as previous reports.

Mr. Martin will also be responsible for finalizing the mine plan for Bonanza Ledge based on the conceptual plan developed in 2004. The conceptual planning will be supplemented by the results of metallurgical met·al·lur·gy

In addition, it will incorporate the results of geotechnical work being undertaken by Minefill and geochemical characterization that is being undertaken by Lorax Environmental Services The various combinations of scientific, technical, and advisory activities (including modification processes, i.e., the influence of manmade and natural factors) required to acquire, produce, and supply information on the past, present, and future states of space, atmospheric,  Inc., also of Vancouver, B.C.

Neil D. Mallen, VP Environment, has reported to the Board of Directors that all environmental reports necessary to complete the formal application for Bonanza Ledge are now complete, with the sole exception of the geochemical kinetic testing program, which will be completed by the end of 2005. The application will be submitted to the B.C. Ministry of Energy and Mines early in 2006. It is anticipated that government review will be completed in the second quarter of 2006.

Mr. Mallen and Mr. Martin will lead WGM's concerted effort to complete the preliminary design and development of the application for the Cow Mountain (Cariboo Gold) Project in 2006. The Terms of Reference Terms of reference allude to a mutual agreement under which a command, element, or unit exercises authority or undertakes specific missions or tasks relative to another command, element, or unit. ) web site at www.eao.gov.bc.ca. WGM has already completed extensive work to develop and refine the conceptual mine plan and to characterize baseline conditions. It is the Company's intention to complete the Application for an Environmental Assessment Certificate as quickly as possible to allow production to be scaled up at the Barkerville Camp. The metal leaching / acid rock drainage characteristics of waste rock is a key component that, along with preliminary mine design, will be the focus of technical work to be undertaken in 2006.

Mr. Mallen has also reported to the Board of Directors that work is underway to develop a mine closure plan for the Mosquito Gold Mine which was operated from 1979-1987 by Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Ltd. ("Mosquito", formerly Mosquito Gold Mines Ltd.) in anticipation of completion of the option agreement with Mosquito by the end of 2006, finalizing the acquisition of the property. The closure plan will be designed to allow WGM to maintain key infrastructure required for future exploration / mine development. The Company is working with the B.C. Ministry of Energy and Mines to develop a closure plan that provides the Company with reasonable flexibility to realize future exploration / mine development opportunities while addressing safety and environmental considerations.
