International Trading & Manufacturing Corp. Announces Rollout of its ``Baby Genius'' CD Collection Through Toy Retailer Zany Brainy.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 1999--The International Trading & Manufacturing Corp. (OTCBB:ITMH) Wednesday announced that Rounder Kids, a leading children's music distributor, will begin shipping ITM's "Baby Genius" CD Collection to 72 Zany Brainy retail stores in February 1999.

ITM's "Baby Genius" CD Collection features selected classical, instrumental and relaxation music designed for expectant mothers, infants and children. Several government and university studies have shown that classical music may enhance a child's speech development, improve math and science skills, and create a sense of joy and well being. The collection has been endorsed by Music Public Radio and the Public Radio Music Source.

Under the agreement, Zany Brainy will feature "Baby Genius" titles on its interactive kiosks, on special end-cap displays, and use the CD's for background music in stores. Also in connection with the rollout, ITM announced that Baker Winokur Ryder Public Relations (BWR) has been selected to handle all media relations for the "Baby Genius" CD Collection.
