International Monetary Systems Agrees to Acquire United Trade Network of Las Vegas; Los Angeles Clients Also in the Transaction.

:INLM), a worldwide leader in business-to-business barter services, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets and client base of United Trade Network (UTN) of Las Vegas, NV. The transaction also includes the UTN clients in Los Angeles, California. This will be International Monetary's fifth trade exchange acquisition in the past four months.
