International Jeunesses Musicales Piano Competition. (Competitions).


The 34th International Jeunesses Musicales Piano and Piano Duo Competition will take place in Belgrade Belgrade (bĕl`grād), Serbian Beograd, city (1991 est. pop. 1,168,454), capital of Serbia, and of the former nation of Yugoslavia and its short-lived successor, Serbia and Montenegro, at the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers.  March 20-April 2, 2004.

The competition is open to pianists of any nationality nationality, in political theory, the quality of belonging to a nation, in the sense of a group united by various strong ties. Among the usual ties are membership in the same general community, common customs, culture, tradition, history, and language.  who are under the age of 30 as of March 20, 2004. In the piano duo category, no player should be older than 35 as of March 20, 2004.

Applications can be found on the website, www.music-competition.co.yu/2004, and must be mailed no later than December 31, 2003, to the following address: International Jeunesses' Musicales Competition, Terazije 26/II, 11000 Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Appications also must include a brief curriculum vitae curriculum vitae CV, resume Medical practice A formal listing of a person's professional education, objectives, work history, including location and dates of service at a particular hospital, health care facility, university, the role filled at the time of service, , copies of documents testifying candidates' musical education, references from their present or previous professors and one recent black-and-white glossy gloss·y

All applicants will be informed of their acceptance or rejection no later than February 1, 2004.

The three competitors with the highest scores obtained in the final stage will receive the first, second and third prize, according to according to
