International Institute for Learning Opens New Company in Canada.

International Institute for Learning, Inc. (IIL) has announced the establishment of IIL Canada, Inc., located at BCE place in Toronto.

While IIL has been serving Canadian clients for over 10 years, with the opening of IIL Canada, existing and new clients will benefit from the expanded and focused offerings that will be originated locally. Ms. Zeljka Pavic has been chosen by E. LaVerne Johnson, Founder, President and CEO of IIL, to head up this new operation as Managing Director.

Ms. Pavic started her association with IIL as a client when performing a Project Management Improvement Initiative at Celestica in Canada. Pavic worked with IIL on course-customization as well the creation of a number of project management courses to help meet the needs of Celestica's employees. Later on, she worked with IIL to create, define, develop and deploy IIL's highly successful Unified Project Management(R) Methodology (UPMM), which is now a key product offering of IIL.

In addition to Ms. Pavic's expertise in Project Management, Zeljka also brings to IIL Canada her 20 years of IT consulting and solutions experience within the telecom, banking and manufacturing industries. She has played many roles throughout her career, from systems programmer, systems and business analyst, solutions architect and advisor for the creation of the Unified Project Management(R) Methodology. Zeljka also led a Project Management Office initiative covering Project Management training, Strategic Planning, an Enterprise Project Management Tool and the Project Management Methodology deployment for IT projects.

Pavic and the IIL Canada team that is being formed will focus on the innovative learning and knowledge sharing for which IIL is known globally. Training courses will be offered both in traditional classroom settings on a local basis, and through IIL's live eLearning courses in Project Management, Microsoft Project, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints that are available on a 24/7 basis.
