Tom Lacey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International DisplayWorks, commented, "The successful completion of this audit will enable us to receive the ISO/TS16949:2002 certification in early 2006 and clearing the path for us to secure automotive clients. This is a milestone achievement for IDW, opening a new and large potential vertical market for us."

IDW will complete the necessary documentation in December and January, and anticipates receiving the certificate in March or April of 2006.

Separately, the Company announced that it has been named by the Shenzhen Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment as one of the top MNCs (multinational corporations) in the Shenzhen Region of the PRC. 189 enterprises were selected out of a universe of 20,000 companies and include such names as IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , Epson, Samsung SDI, Hitachi, Toshiba and DuPont.
