International Datashare Corporation: Riley Electric Log Announces New Vice President.

International Datashare (TSX:IED), Riley Electric Log, Inc. ("Riley" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that Mr. Karl Eberhart has joined the company in the capacity of Vice President. As a member of the management team, Mr.Eberhart will join Jack McGinnis, the president of Riley, to manage the growth of Riley's business in the United States. He will also assist customers as a number of new software products are introduced in the United States within the next three months.

Riley has one of the most extensive collections of logs in the United States including broad offshore coverage. Riley provides log data in electronic and paper format, cross section viewers, custom digitizing services, an electronic online catalog of logs and an Internet delivery and ordering system. Riley is a wholly owned subsidiary of International Datashare Corporation ("IDC").
