Vipersat Networks (Vipersat), an International provider of IP based two-way over satellite multimedia networks, and a division of NeTrue Communications Inc. (CDNX:NTU:U), and International Datacasting Corp. (IDC), a broadband wireless infrastructure solutions provider, today announced the signing of a distribution agreement.

The agreement signed during Satellite 2001, in Washington D.C. is for the distribution of Vipersat VSAT network solutions by IDC. The agreement gives IDC a proven flexible and cost effective return path solution for their Outbound Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) satellite networks while providing Vipersat with expanded market coverage for their products through IDC's established distribution network.
