Denis Colbourne, Mr. Jean-Pierre Soubliere and Dr. Stuart Lyon Smith Stuart Lyon Smith (born May 7, 1938) is a politician, psychiatrist, academic and public servant in Ontario, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1975 to 1982, and led the Ontario Liberal Party for most of this period.  to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

The new Directors join four current members: Denzil Doyle, Chairman of Capital Alliance Ventures, K.C. Lim, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

1) Mr. Denis Colbourne

Mr. Denis Colbourne is Chairman of Ottawa Semiconductors Inc and Comart Technologies Inc. and a member of the boards of Sibercore, SiGEM, Atmos, Quantiscript and e-talent. Until recently, he was Chairman of Shanghai Nortel Semiconductor (SNS SNS sympathetic nervous system. ), a Nortel joint venture based in Shanghai, PRC. He is a co-owner of Terry Fox Drive Partnership, a land development company serving the high-tech industry. Prior to starting DC Technologies, Mr. Colbourne held several senior positions with Nortel, including Vice President of Strategic Business Alliances for Nortel's Advanced Components business unit; Vice President and General Manager of Nortel Semiconductors; General Manager of the company's IC wafer fabrication facility in San Diego, California “San Diego” redirects here. 2) Mr. Jean-Pierre Soubliere

Mr. Soubliere is the President and CEO of Anderson Soubliere Inc., an executive based consulting corporation. In this capacity, he has been an advisor to corporations such as the Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Group, JetForm, CGI, Tempest Management, ActiveSystems, CivicLife.com, FreeBalance and NCS Inc. He was President and COO of Alis Technologies from January 1997 to January 1999. Previously, Mr. Soubliere, a 19-year SHL Systemhouse veteran, served as President, SHL Systemhouse International. Prior to joining SHL, Mr. Soubliere worked for Canada Post Corporation, Carleton University and Northern Telecom, and was a part-time instructor at the University of Quebec-Hull. Mr. Soubliere is also a past Board member of several organizations such as Microstar Software Ltd., Simware Inc., the Information Technology Association of Canada Information Technology Association of Canada (or Association canadienne de la technolgie de l'information) is a lobby group representing members (companies) of Canada's information and communications technologies (ICT) industry. , the Canadian Advanced Technology Association, the Ottawa-Carleton Board of Trade and the Inter-American Development Bank's Industry Advisory Council. He was the Chairman for the 1989 United-Way Campaign in Ottawa Carleton, and from 1998 to 1999, he chaired the task force responsible for coordinating health care re-structuring in Ottawa-Carleton. In 1998, he chaired the Canadian Federal Government's Ad Hoc Industry Advisory Committee on Electronic Commerce, he participated in the OECD OECD: see Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.  Conference on Electronic Commerce, and he is currently a member of the Canadian E-Business Opportunities Roundtable.

3) Dr. Stuart Lyon Smith

Dr. Smith is Chairman of the Board of Ensyn Technologies Inc. and President of RockCliffe Research and Technology Inc. He is a Director of Capital Alliance Ventures Inc., Instantel Inc. and Acres Productive Techhnology Inc. He serves as Vice-Chair of Humber College's Board of Governors and is a member of the Advisory Committee of the McGill School of Environment and the Liu Centre for the study of Global Issues (at UBC). He was a professor for eight years in the Department of Psychiatry at McMaster University Medical School in Hamilton, Ontario. He won the leadership of the Ontario Liberal Party The Ontario Liberal Party is a centrist provincial political party in the province of Ontario, Canada. It has formed the Government of Ontario since the provincial election of 2003.  in January 1976 and a year later became Leader of the Opposition. From 1982 to 1987, Dr. Smith was Chairman of the Science Council of Canada The Science Council of Canada was a Canadian governmental advisory board existing from 1966 to 1993. It originally had 25 scientists and senior civil servants, later expanded to 40 natural and physical sciences, with the cvilil servants removed. . In 1989, he chaired both the Peer Review and the Implementation process for the Federal "Centres of Excellence" competition.
