It is based in the city of New York, and it is managed by CBS Radio, the radio arm of CBS Corporation. History

, one of the largest radio networks in the US, to provide a next-generation digital audio distribution system for the broadcast of sports programming to its top 100 US markets. The advanced system has been installed and was online for Westwood One's live broadcast of Super Bowl XL from Detroit on February 5.

IDC successfully undertook extensive customization of the system in order to interface with Westwood One's existing automation systems for the cataloging and delivery of time-sensitive programming and also so that it could be deployed on an accelerated schedule in time for the recent NFL playoffs.
