(株式会社日経BP, (Tokyo) have agreed to merge their electronics magazines produced for the Chinese market. Under terms of the deal, Electronic Design & Application World, launched in 2002 by a joint venture between IDG IDG International Data Group

Short for Japan's Nikkei 225 Stock Average, the leading and most-respected index of Japanese stocks. It is a price-weighted index comprised of Japan's top 225 blue-chip companies on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Electronics China will be merged and published as Electronic Design & Application World and Nikkei Electronics.
