IDG said the launch is the first publication to support the emerging information needs of the bio-IT market in the Medicon Valley Medicon Valley is a leading bi-national life science cluster in Europe and the largest in Scandinavia, founded in 1995. The idea of Medicon Valley slowly emerged during the early 1990s and was formalised and financially supported through the European Union Interreg II programme. , the region that includes greater Copenhagen and Skane in southern Sweden.
