International Council of Bottled Water Associations Meets in Paris, France; Announces Adoption of Model Code, Other Actions.Business Editors WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2004 The International Council of Bottled Water Associations (ICBWA) met in Paris, France on February 23-24, 2004.
