ICW was formed by a group of HIV positive women from many different countries attending the 8th International Conference , ICW ICW - Interactive CourseWare Visibility, Voices and Visions: A Call for Action from HIV-positive women to policymakers United Kingdom: ICW, 2004, p. 21.
