First, on July 15, 1999, International Trader Association, Inc. filed an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation The document that must be filed with an appropriate government agency, commonly the office of the Secretary of State, if the owners of a business want it to be given legal recognition as a corporation. with the Florida Dept. of State, effectively changing its name to INTLTRADER.COM (1) (Computer Output Microfilm) Creating microfilm or microfiche from the computer. Second, in preparation of an expansion of the Company's global Internet strategy, on April 15, 1999 the Company incorporated OffshoreTrader.com Ltd. OTCL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and was established to offer global Internet securities trading to non-U.S. citizens only. Finally, Paine-Webber has been engaged to act as exclusive financial advisor to help the Company raise capital or find a strategic partner to effectively execute its global Internet strategy.
