Interlink Global Corp. to Amend Prior Metro IP Announcement.

Interlink Looks to Reach New Agreement to Sell Wireless Internet and Telephony in Colombia, S.A.

MIAMI -- Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG) today announced that it will attempt to renegotiate an agreement to purchase Metro IP headquartered in Barranquilla, Colombia. Based on recent communication, an attempt will be made to reach a new understanding to offer the full range of Interlink's services to the existing client base of Metro IP and to help Metro IP expand its operations to the major cities of the country. Metro IP has an established customer base in a region that the company wants to penetrate. The new agreement, when accepted, will replace the understanding reached in July, 2006.

According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink Global Corp., "This action is logical and is of great interest to us. We will be happy to ultimately add Metro IP to our growing list of associated companies who have recognized our ability to provide superior service and support. Interlink Global Corp. has an established record of success as an enterprise level service provider, and we will insure that Metro IP realizes success in the marketplace."
