Interlink Global Corp. Continues Expansion in Latin America with Acquisition of Metro IP in Colombia, S.A.; With Purchase of Metro IP, Interlink will Sell Wireless Internet and Telephony Nationwide.

MIAMI -- Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Metro IP headquartered in Barranquilla, Colombia to offer the full range of Interlink's services to the existing client base of Metro IP and to help Metro IP expand its operations to the major cities of the country. Metro IP has an established customer base in a region that the company wants to penetrate. Interlink will insure quality of service to Metro IP and also offer the newly branded netTALK, with its state-of-the-art videophone component to the expanding customer base of its newest partners.

According to Severino Rivano, Vice President of Interlink Global Corp., "This acquisition was logical and inevitable. We are happy to add Metro IP to our growing list of acquired companies who have recognized our ability to provide superior service and support. Interlink Global Corp. has an established record of success as an enterprise level service provider, and we will insure that Metro IP realizes success in the marketplace." Mr. Rivano further stated, "It is projected that gross yearly revenues should reach approximately $600,000 by the end of 2006, and achieve projected gross revenue of approximately $4,000,000 by the end of 2008, as the company completes its expansion nationwide."
