:ILKG) today announced that it has signed a definitive Service Agreement to provide Private Virtual PBX (Private Branch eXchange) An inhouse telephone switching system that interconnects telephone extensions to each other as well as to the outside telephone network (PSTN).  capability for TanHoldings Corporation, a diversified Hotel, Shipping, and Manufacturing Group, headquartered on Saipan, in the Northern Marianas Islands.

The service agreement, when fully implemented, will provide long distance calling over the Internet, and provide telecommunication over Interlink's VOIP (Voice Over IP) A digital telephone service that uses the public Internet as well as private backbones instead of the traditional telephone network. Many companies, including Vonage, 8x8 and AT&T (CallVantage), typically offer calling within the country for a  infrastructure for TanHolding's offices in the Philippines, Guam, Pohnpei, Palau, Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov. , Saipan, and the United States at a substantially reduced cost when compared to traditional phone and data communications.
