: IRCE IRCE Internet Retailer Conference and Exhibition (Chicago, IL) ) Thursday announced that reconstruction of its Well Draw gas plant located 20 miles north of Douglas, Wyo. has been completed and full operations have resumed.

The plant, which processes natural gas and fractionates liquids, suffered a catastrophic fire on Aug. 11, 2001. The facility has been the main source of revenue for the company during the last five years.

Well Draw gas plant is a full-service regional natural gas liquids fractionator with a production capacity of 3,000 barrels per day Barrels per day (abbreviated BPD, bbl/d, bpd, bd or b/d) is a measurement used to describe the amount of crude oil (measured in barrels) produced or consumed by an entity in one day. . The plant is now operating at its seasonal volume throughput.

Interline Resources Corp., also announced that the official opening of the Ecolube used oil refinery located in Madrid, Spain was held on Jan. 9, 2002. More then 500 people attended the opening -- with the keynote speaker being the Spanish Minister of Environment.

The Minister announced that a new Spanish law would be enacted in 2002 to give used oil refiners precedent to the supply of used oil over burners. This directive will open the possibility for more used oil plants in Spain.
