Intergraph to Highlight Departments of Transportation Successful Use of Geospatial Technologies at GIS-T Conference.

New York City Transit to Receive Intergraph's Geospatial Innovations for Transportation Award

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- Intergraph Corporation will be showcasing its successes with leading Departments of Transportation at the GIS for Transportation (GIS-T) Symposium March 25-28 in Nashville, Tenn.

Additionally, New York City Transit has been selected to receive Intergraph's "Geospatial Innovations for Transportation" award. This award, presented to those few transportation organizations that use geospatial technology in a truly innovative way, highlights New York City Transit's innovative development of the Subway Viewer Web Application. The award was announced during the Intergraph reception immediately following the GIS-T Conference opening reception.

Exhibit demonstrations at Intergraph's booth #9 - 12 will explore enterprise-wide imagery management, access and distribution, straight line diagrams on the Web for transportation linear data, multilevel linear referencing and temporal data management.
