Intergraph Solutions Group, a division of Intergraph Corporation, announced today at the Strategies for Public Safety Transformation Conference the availability of the new Video Analyst(R) System 210, a mid-range video enhancement workstation offering a significant performance boost at a reduced price. Video Analyst System is a state-of-the-art graphics workstation that delivers tools necessary to capture, analyze, enhance and edit nearly any type of video, making it ideal for forensic and intelligence analysis. The new 210 model fills a gap created by demand for a mid-range system that is more affordable to average users. While continuing to deliver capabilities comparable to a high-end broadcasting system, Video Analyst System 210 has a U.S. list price of $19,995, which is significantly lower than comparable systems.

Same award-winning enhancement capabilities

Video Analyst System 210 includes the same powerful software that made Video Analyst the 2001 inductee into the Space Technology Hall of Fame. In addition to tools to deinterlace, stabilize, brighten, magnify, demultiplex and frame-average video, Video Analyst is the only analysis tool that includes NASA-developed Video Image Stabilization and Registration (VISAR(a)) technology. This technology helps law enforcement, intelligence and security organizations stabilize jittery video, which can then be brightened, smoothed and magnified for dramatic effect.

-- Video Analyst System 410 provides maximum video storage and processing speed with a 3.06 GHz processor; 1 GB of RAM; 500 GB of storage; support for DV25, MPEG and ITU R-601 uncompressed video; and simultaneous viewing of demultiplexed video.

-- Video Analyst System 210 provides mid-range storage and processing with a 2.4 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, 120 GB of storage and support for DV25 and ITU R-601.

-- Video Analyst System 100 provides a portable solution with a 2.4 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, 60 GB of storage and support for digital video in a notebook configuration.

All three models come fully loaded with Adobe(R) Premiere(R) and Intergraph Video Analyst software. In addition, both the 410 and 210 models come with a FREE copy of IQ Biometrix FACES LE composite sketch artist tool.
