CRM for mortgage refinancing is available from Interelate Inc., which says its webbased product dramatically increases customer retention. The company says that while 25 to 30 percent of customers are likely to refinance this year, the average lender will retain only about 14 percent of those customers. Interelate's program automatically analyzes and ranks customer propensity.
