Multi-specialty Practice Seeks Efficiency, Enhanced Care Quality

TAMPA, Fla. -- Sage Software announced that Intercoastal Medical Group, a 65-physician, multi-specialty practice based in Sarasota, Fla., has selected Intergy by Sage as its Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management system. In addition, the practice will also use Intergy by Sage Practice Portal for enhanced communication and open access between patients and physicians.

Intercoastal Medical Group is comprised of four primary campuses and has seven different locations. As the practice grew to one of the largest in the Sarasota area, the organization needed a system that would allow them to improve quality of care and internal communications. This will help physicians and administrators at Intercoastal Medical Group save significant time that would otherwise be spent tracking down patient data, pulling charts and relaying that information to appropriate parties.
