Intercell International Acquires 100% Ownership of Brunetti DEC and Appoints Charles Brunetti Chief Executive Officer.

Intercell International Corporation (OTCBB:IICP) today announced that it had acquired an additional 40% ownership in Brunetti DEC, LLC, thereby making Brunetti DEC a wholly owned subsidiary of Intercell International, and additionally, that Charles Brunetti had been appointed the new Chief Executive Officer of Intercell International Corporation.

Mr. Brunetti is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Brunetti DEC. In addition, Mr. Brunetti serves as a director of Intercell International. Mr. Brunetti brings over 20 years experience in business ownership, management and the design and initiation of Western U.S. projects.

Mr. Brunetti has worked closely with clients to create the infrastructures that make lives and communities work. Mr. Brunetti's career has included creating "Last Mile" solutions for government and business. Such solutions and technologies are utilized health care, public safety and education, among others. Additionally, these solutions and technologies enhance economic development opportunities in those areas where they are utilized.

Mr. Brunetti holds a BA from Augustana College, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, a BS from the University of Colorado, Denver, and an MS from the Colorado School of Mines.
