Interactive Technologies announces investment banking agreement with M.H. Meyerson and Co.


ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 1996--Interactive Technologies Corp. announced today the signing of an investment banking agreement with M.H. Meyerson & Co. Inc.

The five year agreement will include, without limitation, assistance to Interactive Technologies in mergers, acquisitions, internal capital structuring, and the placement of new debt and equity issues, with the objective of accomplishing Interactive Technologies' business and financial goals.
