Tom Rocca, 42, has been named Senior Vice President for IRT. Tom is a hands-on, high-energy executive with experience as a contact center executive, corporate consultant and an active leader of a number of contact management professional associations. Tom has been an active member and on the regional and national board of directors of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) and the American Teleservices Association (ATA).
