Tevlin succeeds Steve Wollach, completing a management succession plan initiated when Tevlin came aboard in April 2000. Wollach, who recently retired from the company, will remain an advisor and will work closely with management to insure a smooth transition. "This is the logical result of our movement away from a consulting business model to a product business model," said Wollach, former CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. "Dennis brings a wealth of experience in building a technology business and has been instrumental over the last six months in shaping our strategy while Mark is a proven technology visionary in the emerging market for digital audio." The company also announced the appointment of Tim Davis as Vice President of Program Management. Davis had previously been a member of the companys advisory board focusing on new product planning.

New CEO Takes the Helm

Tevlin will oversee the operations of the company, with special attention paid to charting out and executing against iObjects strategy, vision, and key business development initiatives. Tevlin is a former Microsoft executive and a veteran of the music industry. While at Microsoft from 1992 until 1999, Tevlin held several senior positions including General Manager of MSN (1) (MicroSoft Network) A family of Internet-based services from Microsoft, which includes a search engine, e-mail (Hotmail), instant messaging (Windows Live Messaging) and a general-purpose portal with news, information and shopping (MSN Directory).  and Director of Marketing for Microsoft Office. New VP Focuses on Growth

Tim Davis, the companys newly appointed Vice President of Program Management, will be responsible for implementing new procedures and control systems for project management, product planning and quality assurance. "iObjects is in rapidly growing market," said Davis. "It will be my job to insure that we execute our technical vision while maintaining a high level of quality." Davis is the former Chief Technology Officer of Scalable Software Corporation and the former Vice President of Product Development for Intergram Corporation. Earlier in his career Davis worked as a development manager for Microsoft Corp. on Windows NT and at Computer Associates. Davis has a BS in Mathematical Physics from UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles
