This business focuses on building and managing customized web-based financial market data applications for a range of organizations worldwide, from retail and investment banks to online brokers, stock exchanges and media portals.

Interactive Data Managed Solutions designs and supports web-based sales, marketing and support applications that aggregate a broad set of financial data and client-proprietary content and offer features such as charts, sophisticated search functions and other decision-support tools and analytics. These applications are designed to provide a wide range of users, including clients, business partners and employees, with seamless access to in-depth financial content that is tailored to their specific needs. These web-based applications can be hosted by Interactive Data Managed Solutions.

The offerings from Interactive Data Managed Solutions are based on the technology and capabilities developed at IS.Teledata AG, which was acquired by Interactive Data in mid-December 2005. Interactive Data Managed Solutions is managed as part of the ComStock group within Interactive Data Corporation.

Stephan Wolf, formerly IS.Teledata's chairman of the executive board, will lead the business as chairman of the executive board of Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG. He is joined on the executive board by Carsten Dirks, chief sales officer.

In conjunction with the formation of Interactive Data Managed Solutions, IS.Teledata AG has formally changed its name to Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG in Germany. The subsidiaries of Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG in France, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, Finland and Switzerland will also be formally re-named.
