Intelliworxx, Inc. Intelliworxx has signed an agreement with an established European in-car computing and information provider ComROAD AG. The agreement includes the sharing of existing in-vehicle technologies and collaborative development of next generation products as part of a plan to accelerate wireless information service offerings. In addition, the new partnership will extend the technological reach of both companies to half the continents globally.

ComROAD has already established successful Global Transport Telematic System (GTTS) service centers (telematic portals) in 17 countries, offering everything from fleet management to stock news. Together Intelliworxx and ComROAD will establish new GTTS service centers in the North and South American markets.

Telematics is the combination of wireless telecommunications and information technology networks that enable the development and marketing of online services for mobile users on a profile-driven, client-specific basis.
